Sulphuryl Fluoride Treatment

Sulphuryl Fluoride (SF) is in widespread use as a structural fumigant insecticide to control drywood termites, Less commonly, it can also be used to control rodents, powderpost beetles, deathwatch beetles, bark beetles, and bedbugs. Its use has increased as a replacement for methyl bromide, which was phased out because of harm to the ozone layer.

SF treatment facility is offered at the Fort George office for the treatment of wooden articles destined for export or in the case of non compliance to the phytosanitary import conditions of imported agricultural commodities.
